In order to carry out these activities, the Career Center counts on the effort and availability of its team of collaborators who, through such actions, are not only able to contribute for the well being of less privileged folks but also achieve personal and professional development.

Career Center believes that through its expertise and collaborators, it can contribute to the development of a better society.

Open Door Institute has the objective of training and preparing underprivileged people who are physically and visually handicapped for the job market through English and computer classes. Through this partnership, our team of professionals voluntarily offers the students lectures regarding career management, resume writing, how to prepare for job interviews, personal marketing, among others. We also help them to write their CVs.

Career Center also annually organizes social campaigns involving both the internal team and clients. The Winter Clothing campaign has been a hit! In 2008 all garments were donated to Casa do Zezinho Institute.
