Karin Parodi
Founding partner of Career Center, with over 25 years of experience in Career Management, Executive Search, Human Resources Development, focused on leadership. Karin worked at DBM do Brasil, conducting individual Outplacement, Counseling and Coaching processes for Directors, General Managers and CEOs, and Executive Search and Assessment processes at Coopers & Lybrand. Karin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Administration from FAAP and also, specialization in Career Counseling from Oklahoma University, complementary management course for Business Owners at Tulsa Technology Center and Executive Coaching at DBM Inc.
Fernando Dias
Career Center’s Project Director. Fernando is an Economist from PUC/SP, with specialization in HR Management from FAAP and Strategic Project Management from UFSC. He has experience in People Management in companies in the service and industrial segments, holding management positions and working as HR Director. Fernando is also a professor of HR Administration at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul. He has consolidated experience in Managerial and Team Development, Outplacement, Coaching and Post-career programs.
Mara Turolla
Mara is a Psychologist with specialization in HR from FGV-SP, MBA in HR from FIA-USP and is certified in Coaching by ICI (ICF international certification). She has worked in HR management and executive positions. With over 25 years of experience, Mara focused on Executive Attraction and Development, working for companies such as: Grupo Fenícia, Mangels, Globocabo and Tozzini, Freire, Teixeira e Silva Advogados, in the last one as HR Director, being responsible for the development/implementation of Career Projects, conducting Performance and Competencies Assessments and Executive Development programs. Mara has extensive experience in Outplacement, Counseling, Executive Coaching and Post Career processes.
Vera Vasconcellos
Vera holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV/EBAP – RJ, with Specialization in Change Management. She has broad experience in Human Resources Management in IT companies (IBM and HP) and most recently at a Brazilian Environmental Engineering company, always focusing on Organizational Development, Leadership, Outplacement and Coaching activities. Vera is also a Leadership and Coaching professor of the Project Management MBA program at FIT (Faculdade Impacta de Tecnologia).
Claudia Monari
Claudia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Metodista, Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Administration from USP and MBA in Human Resources – USP. She has experience in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Assesment and Outplacement. Her career was developed and consolidated in companies such as General Motors, Novartis Biociências, Votorantim Industrial, Gerdau and DM Recursos Humanos. Claudia is also certified in MBTI and in Coaching by ICI.
Adriana S. Néglia
Adriana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from FMU, with MBA in Managerial Development from Instituto de Tecnologia Mauá. She has broad experience in Career Counseling for Executives and Specialized Professionals. Experience of 13 years in HR working for Brazilian HR consultancy companies such as Laerte Cordeiro Consultores and Mussi Assessoria Empresarial, and in a multinational consultancy company VP Search (Value Partners). Adriana also has extensive experience in Outplacement, Executive Search and Assessment areas.
Fabiana Brunharo
Fabiana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication from PUC-Campinas and a Postgraduate Degree in Theory and Practice of Communication from Cásper Libero, with MBA in Marketing from ESPM. She has experience in planning and developing Communication and Marketing projects in Brazilian and International companies, including mergers and acquisitions. She also has knowledge of the professional training and development program structures, with emphasis on sales force training in telecommunications company start-up. Fabiana is currently Career Center’s Project Coordinator, working with Competency Management, Human Potential Development and Retention.
Marisa da Silva
Marisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with specialization courses, certifications in MBTI and in other profile assessment tools. She has worked for companies and consultancies, rendering services to different segments, including DBM (Drake Beam Morin). Experience in Human Resources, in the areas of Recruitment and Selection of Executives & Specialists. Marisa has been working at Career Center as a Consultant for 7 years, conducting individual Outplacement, Counseling and Assessment programs for executives and professionals in different career stages.
Maria Lucia Giacomazzi
Maria Lucia is a Psychologist, graduated from UMESP, with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Internal Consultancy areas of large size Brazilian and multinational companies such as GMB, SKF Group, Banco Nacional/Unibanco, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya and Grupo Santander Banespa. Maria Lucia is a consultant in Counseling, Coaching, Outplacement programs and also Career Coach for young professionals and executives.
Cristina Kokiel
Cristina is both a Consultant in People Development and Coach, with background and certification in Integrated Coaching from Integrated Coaching Institute, course accredited by International Coach Federation, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences from USP. She has experience in People Management, Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection and Organizational Climate, having worked for companies in the technology and service segments such as Tecban, Eversystems and Sid Informatica.
Francini Amaral Ferreira
Francini is a Psychologist, post-graduated in Business Management and credentialed in Executive and Personal Coaching by ICI (international Coaching Institute). With 14 years of experience in Human Resources Management, she has worked in Selection, Training and Development, Internal Consultancy and in Start-up Projects, Competencies, Career Management, Executive Coaching and Career Assessment in companies such as: Intelig, Vésper, DSND Consub and as a consultant at: Souza Cruz, TV Globo and Coca-Cola.
